This broader conception of our role has attracted investment firms who need a French base and recognized organization for their activities.
In 2004 Truffle Capital was selected by BlackRock (formerly Merrill Lynch Investment Managers) to establish its French FCPR, Longchamp FCPR, part of the BlackRock Diversified Private Equity Program III. Under this agreement, we act as the interface with French legal and regulatory authorities and we perform middle and back-office functions.
