• Holds board seats as Chairman of the Audit Committee or Nomination Committee or as Advisor to the following companies: Credit Agricole SA, Calyon, LCL, Elf, Aquitaine, Unibail, Attijari Wafabank, GFI Informatique, and Foundation de France. He is also a non-voting member of Dietswell and Netbooster.
